The charger that they sent me is totally different from what is in the description and images. The tip of the charger isn’t flat and doesn’t have a hole. I tried the charger and didn’t fit or worked.

The costumer service refuse to fix, replacing or accepting returning.

I bought it this charger and clearly came in the wrong size. I tried to talk to the customer service and they are turning very difficult to resolve the problem. I even sented them the manufacturer number of the monster pub that I have and they said that is not possible to identify if the product is original with this number, so they can't help me replace the wrong charger. I'm so furious with that, what do you mean your company can't identify the number of your own products? This is absurd

get it from ebay instead, this is a scam. the cable is designed to break within a few uses.

Old one got wrecked and had to get replacement. Decided to buy 2 because why not. Got them and it doesn't fit.
