After the order has been placed, the shipment will be arranged within 24 hours. As soon as Shipping Agency provides a tracking number, MONSTERPUB will provide the tracking number to you via email.

  The charge for this product will appear on your statement as "RP Product".This means that the details of your purchase will not be obvious to onlookers who may see your bill.

• Discreet Shipping

  The exterior box used for shipping is plain and doesn't contain any marks that can identify the contents of the package.

Shipping will take between 3-21 days to be delivered to you, depending on your location. Orders over $300 USD will be shipped through Express Shipment and it will take approximately 4-7 business days.

We have 3 warehouses worldwide and will ship according to your harvesting address. Our warehouses are located in China, the United States, and France.
Transportation time in the United States: 2-5 working days;
European transportation time: 2-7 working days (Note: some European products are out of stock, which may affect normal time limit);
Transportation time in other countries: 7-20 working days;
