We Respect Your Privacy

After the order has been placed, the shipment will be arranged within 24 hours. As soon as Shipping Agency provides a tracking number, MONSTERPUB will provide the tracking number to you via email.

Shipping will take between 3-21 days to be delivered to you, depending on your location. Orders over $300 USD will be shipped through Express Shipment and it will take approximately 4-7 business days.

We have 3 warehouses worldwide and will ship according to your harvesting address. Our warehouses are located in China, the United States, and France.
Transportation time in the United States: 2-5 working days;
European transportation time: 2-7 working days (Note: some European products are out of stock, which may affect normal time limit);
Transportation time in other countries: 7-20 working days;
